Teaching is a source of inspiration for me. The joint search for the best sound, the desire for movement and the invention of the instrument enriches my compositional activity to a very great extent.

My approach is shaped by two areas of my own musical development. Folk, blues and rock on the one hand and baroque chamber music on the other.

And finally I discovered the paths of contemporary and experimental music.

Das Unterrichten ist für mich eine Quelle der Inspiration. Das gemeinsame Forschen am besten Klang, die Lust an der Bewegung und die Erfindung am Instrument bereichert meine kompositorische Tätigkeit in sehr großem Maße.

Mein Ansatz ist geprägt von zwei Bereichen meiner eigenen musikalischen Entwicklung. Folk, Blues und Rock einerseits und barocker Kammermusik andererseits.

Und schließlich entdeckte ich noch die Pfade der zeitgenössischen und experimentellen Musik.
