In its judgment of 12 May 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – Liability for Links, the Regional Court (LG) Hamburg decided that by creating a link, the contents of the linked page may be partly liable. This can only be prevented by expressly dissociating oneself from these contents. Since I have no influence on the design and content of the externally linked pages, I expressly distance myself from the content of all externally linked pages on the musiclesson_albertdambeck.site website and the pages below and do not make the content of the linked pages my own. 

Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - Haftung für Links hat das Landgericht (LG) Hamburg entschieden, dass durch die Erstellung eines Links, die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten sind. Dies kann nur dadurch verhindert werden, indem man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert. Da ich keinerlei Einfluss auf die Gestaltung und die Inhalte der extern gelinkten Seiten haben, distanziere ich mich ausdrücklich von den Inhalten aller extern gelinkten Seiten auf der Website Albert Dambeck und den darunterliegenden Seiten und mache mir die Inhalte der gelinkten Seiten nicht zu eigen.
